What to Expect

Train with one of Northern California's most supportive running communities. Personalized coaching, expert guidance, weekly workouts, and a team that will help you reach the finish line stronger than ever.

Every athlete receives an individualized training plan based on:

  • Current fitness

  • Race goal

  • Weekly schedule

  • Injury history

❋ Race Day Support

We don't disappear after handing you a plan.

We are there:

  • During training

  • At tune-up races

  • On marathon weekend

  • At the finish line

❋ Minimum Requirements

To help ensure everyone starts from a strong foundation:

  • Able to comfortably run at least 6 miles

  • Willing to follow a structured training plan

  • Share training through Strava, Garmin Connect, or Nike Run Club

  • Positive attitude

How long is the program?
16 weeks.

I'm slow. Can I join?
Yes! All paces are welcome.

Do I need to attend every workout?
Results are based on your participation( Tuesday and Saturday)

What should I bring?
Running shoes ,and a great attitude.

Train with runners who show up every week.

You'll never do the long runs alone.
