❋ Minimum RequirementsTo help ensure everyone starts from a strong foundation:
Able to comfortably run at least 6 miles
Willing to follow a structured training plan
Share training through Strava, Garmin Connect, or Nike Run Club
Positive attitude

16 weeks.
I'm slow. Can I join?
Yes! All paces are welcome.
Do I need to attend every workout?
Results are based on your participation( Tuesday and Saturday)
What should I bring?
Running shoes ,and a great attitude.
Train with runners who show up every week.
You'll never do the long runs alone.
